No option on website to choose EGR Recall. Once I received a message to say my car was ready for collection, I got a lift to the garage and still had to wait 20 minutes. Felt like it wasn't really ready. Getting the vehicle health check was very nice

My experience with bmw portadown was excellent we went in and signed in and a driver left us into the town until the car was ready and then picked us up and took us back to prentice portadown great service they didn't have to do that

I was kept in the loop all the way through, as my car was in for full service and investigation of a noise that had come into the engine. Suffice to say, the noise was detected and solved After a few days. My car is now running well so far.
