Excellent customer service from the initial phone call until I picked my car up again. Tracey and Julieann are very friendly and helpful on desk. A particular thank you to Jack in servicing who was both friendly and professional throughout.

Because they broke my coolant pipe going to engine then denied it and the way they spoke down to me was a total disgrace it took me 7 phone calls to get speaking to someone then I send over a video of what had happened and not one apology did I get

I no longer have the BMW RXZ 5303. I traded it in when I had it in for service. I now have a new X1 plug in hybrid. Service of the old vehicle was satisfactory as far as I was concerned.

Polite staff and fast service while I waited. Never had any issues with the car in the whole term I have had it.

To be told i couldn't have a courtesy car as it was recall work to be told the day before I could have but would have to wait did not sit well. Upon arrival I was then advised I would only get it if I was a retail customer. Not great service.

Promptly welcomed on arrival with refreshments offered in a pleasant showroom. Comfortable seating and efficient service throughout. Everything was clearly explained, and the staff were courteous, professional, friendly and helpful from start to end.
