Richard Allen was very courteous, pleasant and informative during my visits. He explained everything in great detail. Also his colleague , Richard , was extremely helpful in setting up the vehicle and demonstrating the system within the vehicle .

The service was fine and the staff very helpful but i was disappointed to find that the part (headlight) needed to repair my car was not available. There appears to be a systemic fault with the leaking headlights on my car.

Vehicle could not be returned on same day following additional repair work needed. No acknowledgement that BMW was responsible for damage. Limited communication. No courtesy vehicle provided. Poor customer communication, service.
