From reception when I arrived to dealing with my service advisor Brian Currie the whole experience was seamless and very easy to navigate, everything was explained in a very straightforward way and the information was correct and factual.

I reported the fault to the sales person (Stephen Harkness Prentice BMW Portadown) from whom I purchased my 7 series. He immediately arranged the booking and collected my car which he returned a day later fully repaired. Excellent customer service.
