Ridiculous service. Couldn't t get anyone to answer phone calls or call back. Then received an invoice for £700 for a window regulator when the ca was under warranty. When I asked about this the guy said he forgot to check

No issues with the service but I was disappointed not to receive any updates/ a video review of my car after the service. I also didn't receive a call/ message to tell me the car was available for pick up.

Quite long waiting time to get car handed back - 20+mins No freebies!!- always nice to get a BMW shampoo or glass cleaner as we have done in the past for inconvenience of no car for a day - did get complimentary car wash which was nice!
