Everyone was superb during the handover of the new car, all of our questions answered regarding the functions of the new car by the BMW guru (apologies I can't remember his name) and everything was spot on.

No option on website to choose EGR Recall. Once I received a message to say my car was ready for collection, I got a lift to the garage and still had to wait 20 minutes. Felt like it wasn't really ready. Getting the vehicle health check was very nice
