Brilliant experience, had short notice requests like dash cam etc, but nothing was too much trouble for the folks there. Handover was great, no sense of "that's it, off you go" like I've had elsewhere. I'm going back to Prentice for my next car.

The service itself and communication was good, however after being phoned and told the car was ready to collect, my heavily pregnant wife had to wait over an hour after her arrival before the keys were returned.

My BMW and my wifes BMW were serviced last week. Neither car was washed before pick up. Very disapointed with this as I have purchased 8 BMW's from Prentices over the past 20yrs and I usually got the cars washed etc.

The service team did a good job. They were helpful, polite and courteous. They did try to help but were limited by the bmw recommended repair. The repair took longer than expected but the car was delivered to my home which was super helpful!

Only problem I saw was a lack of customer parking in the car park which was completely filled with BMW used cars for sale. You need to move some and keep some dedicated customer parking.

Took my car basically right away, got an update on work being carried out through the app and was sent a walk around video which was interesting, Brian was as always friendly and I paid a reasonable price for the work carried out .

A bit pricey for all that was required Engineers switched the Bluetooth off and disconnected my dashcam power lead and didn't tell me. It was only after the journey home that I realised otherwise it would have been 5*

The service provided to me was excellent as I loved the video and feedback about my vehicle that had been sent. It was impressive as all car dealerships have that stigma that they are always looking more money off you but that is the proof.
