Pleasant experience from start to finish!

Car only in for brake service and reconnection of the camera system. Took an engineer 2 hrs to reconnect the two wires to the fuse board. Tried to tell me he needed to diagnose even when instructed to connect the 2 cables to the correct pin location

I was quoted 24hrs after leaving my car in for a timing chain replacement a further 4k in additional work, including a key battery replacement which I had done a month previously.
