Pleasant experience from start to finish!

Car only in for brake service and reconnection of the camera system. Took an engineer 2 hrs to reconnect the two wires to the fuse board. Tried to tell me he needed to diagnose even when instructed to connect the 2 cables to the correct pin location

I was quoted 24hrs after leaving my car in for a timing chain replacement a further 4k in additional work, including a key battery replacement which I had done a month previously.

My car was in for a recall and when I eventually got to speak to someone after 5 unreplied to calls to ask for a price to sort out few other issues with the car I'm still waiting to hear back . I picked car up after 4 days without getting repaired

I would have rated 5 stars only when I got my car back the dash cam had been disconnected at the dash cam, not the cigarette power socket. I was not informed of this being disconnected. And it was not connected prior to collecting the car.

After booking service it was cancelled late notice, I had to chase to make new appointment. Courtesy car (X1) had 65 miles range. I asked was there any damage as I couldn't check in rain they said no but car was damaged from previous use!

I have a service contract which includes extras (a BMW UK head office promotion) yet for some reason despite producing written comfirmation it's a bit of a struggle to have the contract accepted which is uncomfortable and embarrassing.

I left my car in with Prentice to get the air bag fixed. When I collected the car the passenger door lock was not working which was working before. Prentice have said this is totally unrelated and they are not taking responsibility.
