Located on the outskirts of Portadown, Prentice is a locally owned family business.
Operating from our state of the art showroom, we are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our BMW & MINI Aftersales Department.
Customer Support Advisor
About the role
As a Customer Support Advisor you will report directly to the Aftersales Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of customer contact management, handling incoming and outbound telephone calls and assist customers within the showroom.
Duties will include but not limited to the following:
Handle all customer calls to conclusion in a friendly and professional manner
Provide frontline support in all aspects of customer care within the business as directed by the line manager
Track and follow up all leads and opportunities generated
Achieve monthly targets and complete an agreed number of customer contacts per day
Deliver marketing and customer follow-up contact as required
Update customer and vehicle database daily
Ensure all daily administration is completed in an accurate and timely manner
Work closely with staff within all departments to achieve goals
About you
The ideal candidate would be extremely organised, with great attention to detail, be able to manage work load and prioritising tasks to ensure efficiency. Accuracy of work is a priority in all tasks.
Essential Criteria Applicants must demonstrate how they meet the following criteria:
Experience in a busy office environment.
Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
Possess a high degree of self-motivation.
Be able to show excellent time management
Excellent IT skills to include MS Office and Excel, Google Documents
Good level of literacy and numeracy to include English & Math GCSE or the equivalent, grade C or above.
Desirable Criteria
Experience using computerised systems such as customer databases such as CDK would be beneficial.
Hours and Salary
Hours of work Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
Salary £21,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
Employment within Prentice Portadown is offered subject to satisfactory reference and qualification checks.
