They listened when I asked to not have my car washed (due to ceramic coating) - many places have done the wash anyway. They assured me all was ok with the car and advised of future required changes clearly.

All communication done over WhatsApp. Phone call would of been much better. Was told staff would be there from 7.30am and I planned my working day around this but instead the doors didn't open until 8am.

Collected the car and within 24 hours it has to go back to get a fault cleared. The keys also came without keyrings. Have bought cars of other BMW dealers in the past and was a much nicer experience elsewhere.

Only one thing is that I understand the service personnel can disconnect the dash cam, however it should have been reconnected at the time of delivery of the car and the sticker which moved apart during handling, should have been disclosed.
